Patternomics · research & speaking

The research library & the keynote.

Patternomics is a proprietary, research-grounded behavioral-pattern framework. This is the research-and-speaking side — the theory at a high level and the founder talk that brings it to a room. The papers themselves are shared with research partners under agreement.

The research

Research-grounded — and on the public record.

Published, open-access: Gustavson, R. (2026). Pattern Ecology as a Cross-Scale Framework for Psychology, Biology, and Human Evolution. Zenodo. doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.21040834

That is the foundational theory paper — citable and open for empirical testing. The deeper materials (the registry, curriculum, and data) remain proprietary and are shared with research and partnership collaborators under agreement.

Honest standing: Patternomics is research-grounded and falsifiable by design — an educational, developmental framework, not peer-reviewed clinical science (yet) and not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. The next step is a small validation study.
The keynote

See the pattern. Change the aim.

The founder talk takes an audience from "why insight never sticks" to a way of seeing the patterns running a person, a family, a classroom, or an organization — and the one small move that changes direction. Built for leadership teams, educators, healthcare, recovery, and veteran audiences.

Keynote

The founder talk — 30–60 min, tailored to the room.

Workshops

Reward Audit (orgs), Day One (schools), Behavioral Bodyguard (veterans).

Founder film

The studio reveal + the lived origin of the work.
